Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

My Cyber Zen is owned and operated by Anthony Jackson. This privacy policy explains what information is collected on mycyberzen.com, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information. The short version: I collect only what I need to run the newsletter and respond to your messages, I don't sell it, and I don't use it to advertise to you.

What information is collected

Newsletter subscription. When you subscribe to the Monday email, I collect your first name and email address. This information is stored in Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email platform I use to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on this site, your name, email address, selected subject, and message are sent to me via Formspree and forwarded to my email inbox. This information is used only to respond to your message.

Course enrollment. If you enroll in the Cyber Safe Seniors course, your purchase and account information is handled by Teachable, a third-party course platform. Please review Teachable's privacy policy for details on how they handle your data. My Cyber Zen does not store payment information.

Website analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sessions, and does not collect personal information. It provides aggregate data about page views and traffic sources. No consent banner is required because no personal data is collected for analytics purposes.

How your information is used

Your email address and name are used exclusively to send you the Monday newsletter and any transactional emails related to your subscription (such as a welcome email or unsubscribe confirmation). I do not send promotional emails for third-party products, and I have no affiliate relationships. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
